This Privacy Policy explains what personal data C1A.club collects, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data-protection law.
C1A.club is an early-stage, independently run project and has not yet registered a formal operating entity, so there is no company name or registered address to publish here yet, we'll add those once they exist. We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as data revealing health, religion, or ethnicity). Please do not put such data in your public profile.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, this does not affect processing already done.
Some information is public by design, because the platform's purpose is to help creators find each other. Your display name, role, headline, bio, skills, and any preview images you add can be seen by other users and visitors. Do not put anything in your public profile that you would not want to be publicly visible.
We use trusted service providers ("processors") to run C1A.club. They process data only on our instructions:
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose data if legally required, for example a valid order from an authority.
Some of our providers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), our database is currently hosted in Mumbai, India. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

In Germany this is the data protection authority of the relevant federal state (for Bremen, the Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen).
We use essential cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to keep the service secure. These do not require consent. If in future we add non-essential cookies (for example, analytics or marketing), we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting them.
C1A.club is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact supportc1aclub@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls provided by our infrastructure providers. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of serious breaches as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify registered users.
